Introduction

Deer Valley is a new cabin nestled in the wildlife where deer, red fox and wild turkey are a common sight. It's an ideal place for a quiet getaway or a family vacation / reunion. This home away from home is situated on 1.22 acres providing ample room for outdoor activities such as camping, volleyball, relaxing by an open fire, or simply observing the wildlife.  The cabin is just 3 miles east of Sevierville off Hwy 411 and is 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge & Dollywood and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg.  Relax and enjoy the quiet serenity of the outdoors and all the amenities and luxuries that this cabin has to offer.

Pricing

Rate Option 1: $128/night - $200/night for accommodations up to 10 people.
Rate Option 2: $228/night - $300/night for accommodations up to 20 people.
(There is a 3-night minimum or a cleaning fee of $65 is charged)

Rate Option 1: The Master bedroom has a King log bed and the Guest bedroom in the upper level has a Queen log bed.  There are 2 Queen sofa sleepers (one in front of the Living room fireplace and one in front of the fireplace in the Game room).  Plus there are 2 comfortable roll-away beds in the game room. 
Rate Option 2: The cabin has two large bedrooms in the lower level that can sleep an additional 10 people for a total of 20 guests.  These rooms are opened for larger parties or for those who want the added comfort and privacy of additional bedrooms.  Each bedroom has a Queen log bed plus a full/twin log bunk-bed so they can sleep up to 5 in each room.  The special code will be given to the guests if they are reserved or left locked if they are not needed.

Reservations

We do not charge a reservation fee like most or any cleaning fees (if you meet the minimum 3-night stay). 
To make a reservation, Click Here or call us at the number listed below.  50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates.  The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.  If the reservation is made less than 45 days in advance then the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Damage Deposit And Pet Deposit

A $200 Damage deposit is collected when you make your final payment and is fully refunded 7-10 business days after you check out as long as there is no damage.  Check-in is any time after 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am on your last day.  The cleaning crew needs the full 4 hours from 10:00am – 2:00pm to get the cabin ready for the next guest.  Please adhere to these times when arriving and leaving the cabin.  There are check-out procedures listed on the refrigerator at the cabin and we ask that all guests review this list at the time of checkout. 

Cancellations And Rental Changes

If the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of one night's lodging.  Reservations for Special Events, Major Holidays, and stays of one week or longer require 60 days notice and are subject to a cancellation fee of one night's lodging.  Cancellations that occur within the 45 or 60 day period, whichever applies, are not refundable. Sorry, No Exceptions.
However, if you want to change your dates, your deposit will be applied to your new reservation dates. 

Housekeeping

The cabin is equipped with basic housekeeping items along with a supply of linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking during your stay along with a supply of dish soap, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and napkins.  There is laundry detergent, toilet paper, bar soap and trash bags stocked throughout as well.  If these items run out, the guest is responsible for purchasing what they need for the remainder of their stay.   There is a telephone in the cabin which can receive incoming calls, local or long distance, excluding collect calls.  The phone is blocked from placing any long distance calls from the cabin yet you can make all the local calls you need. 

Hot Tubs

When using the hot tub, please remember there is certain health risk that are associated with these amenities.  Our cleaning crew will drain, clean, refill and replenish the chemicals in the hot tub prior to your arrival, therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND or SIT ON THE HOT TUB COVER, they will break and you may be charged for a replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, please leave the cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

Refunds

We will do everything we can to make sure the cabin is ready for you. Any damages or problems not reported by the guest upon arrival will be charged to the guest.  No refunds will be issued for early departure; malfunctions in equipment (i.e. hot tubs, Jacuzzi, televisions, DVDs or VCRs), or any other reason.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or missing items or damage to the premises during their stay.  We can not be held responsible for any items lost or stolen during your stay. We do everything to keep all appliances and all amenities in the best working order. If something is not working properly, we will do our best to get it up and running for your stay. Please call us to inform of the issue as soon as possible so we can have our maintenance person respond or make arrangements to have a service company out to the cabin.  Smoking is not permitted in the cabin and no pets are allowed.    

Road Conditions

Road conditions are not a concern as we are located in the foothills of the Smokies and there are no steep inclines or tight curves to maneuver to reach the cabin.

As homeowners, we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property or while using the amenities.  Nor are we responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guest are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
