- Rates outlined below are “daily” rates.  Monthly rates are available upon request.

- 3 night minimum or the cleaning fee will be charged ($65.00).

- A $200 Damage deposit is collected when you make your final payment and is fully refunded 7-10 business days after you
  check out as long asthere is no damage.

- Smoking not permitted in cabin.

- No pets allowed.

- Balance due 45 days prior to stay.
